The Ministry of Climate Change and Environmental Coordination of Pakistan is hiring! They are looking for motivated individuals to join their team for the World Bank-Project Support Development Program (WB-PSDP). This program aims to enhance the Ministry’s technical capacity. Here’s what you need to know about the available positions.

Available Positions

Team Leader – Communication & Media (PPS-11)

  • Qualifications: Master’s degree in mass communication, Journalism, or Media Studies (PhD preferred).
  • Experience: 15 years in media and campaign management, especially in development.

Team Leader – Projects Support (PPS-11)

  • Qualifications: Master’s degree in a related field (PhD preferred).
  • Experience: 15 years with government or intergovernmental organizations in project management related to climate change.

Team Leader – Environment & Climate Change (PPS-11)

  • Qualifications: Master’s in Climate Change or Environmental Engineering.
  • Experience: 15 years in senior roles focused on environmental protection.

Project Development Specialist – UNFCCC (PPS-10)

  • Qualifications: Masters in environmental sciences or similar.
  • Experience: 10 years with government or international organizations in climate change project design.

Team Leader – Green Finance (PPS-11)

  • Qualifications: Master’s in Finance or Environmental Economics.
  • Experience: 15 years in financial management of climate projects.

Project Management & Reporting Officer (PPS-08)

  • Qualifications: 18 years of education in Project Management or related fields.
  • Experience: 6 years supporting project management with international agencies.

Key Requirements

  • Strong writing and communication skills in English and Urdu.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Experience in climate change and environmental project management.
