The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP), the leading regulator of capital markets and the corporate sector, is seeking qualified and motivated professionals from Balochistan for two exciting positions in Islamabad. These roles are contractual for three years and offer a chance to contribute significantly to Pakistan’s financial landscape.

Available Positions

1. Deputy Director (01 Position)

Qualifications:

• LL.B. or LL.M. from a reputable HEC-recognized institute/university.
• Must be enrolled as an advocate of the High Court for at least 4 years.
• Preference for candidates who have completed the Bar at Law course.

Experience:

• Minimum 6 years of post-qualification experience, including experience as an Advocate in the High Court.
• Proven track record in handling corporate litigation, criminal prosecution, and advisory roles.

Age Limit:

• Maximum age of 40 years on the application submission date.
• Candidates with 3 years of experience working with a regulator are eligible for 5 years age relaxation.

2. Assistant Director (01 Position)

Qualifications:

• LL.B. or LL.M. from a reputable HEC-recognized institute/university.
• Preference for candidates who have completed the Bar at Law course.

Experience:

• At least 3 years of post-qualification experience in a related field.

Age Limit:

• Maximum age of 35 years on the application submission date.
• Candidates with 3 years of experience working with a regulator may receive 5 years of age relaxation.

• The Commission may consider regularization of the positions after three years, subject to meeting criteria.
